The Dance Shop of Logan is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. U.S. orders will take an additional 1-8 business days for delivery based on location.
Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair are subject to receive a partial refund or no refund. Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact and unaltered. Original tags must also be attached to items of clothing. Special orders not listed on the website are not returnable or refundable. All refunds are for merchandise only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Don't like the fit or color of your item? We do exchanges! For speedy exchanges, we recommend returning the items you would like to exchange and placing a new order for the correct items. For even exchanges, please email us to select a replacement size or color of the same item. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you ship the items until you receive the new items. Exchange orders are not created/guaranteed until your return is processed. If we are out of stock of your requested exchange, you will receive a refund instead.
If a customer receives the wrong or defective merchandise a replacement will be issued to the customer at no cost. The original item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days to complete the transaction. If merchandise is not received within 14 days, the customer’s account will be placed on hold until either merchandise or payment is received. We have access to thousands of additional items not listed on our website. If you are interested in dance wear not listed on our website, please call and talk to a Customer Success team member. We will make every effort to meet all your dancewear needs. We also have all the basics for recitals and performances.
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item you ordered, we will send out “in stock” products and the balance of the order will follow as soon as possible. If your order requires more than one shipment due to a backorder you will NOT be charged shipping for the additional shipments. Backorders older than 90 days will be automatically canceled unless there are special circumstances. In this event, you will be contacted about the details of the order. Please specify if you would like your order shipped complete only.
