- Shipping & Delivery – within the United States
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. Delivery is available within the United States only. Because the cost is based on the weight of the order and not the number of items purchased orders with multiple items will normally be charged less shipping that if they were purchased individually. Shipping charges include carrier costs (including fuel surcharges), handling and processing fees and are subject to change without notice.
Depending on the total weight of your order and the delivery location different shipping methods will be available. Prior to checkout, while viewing your cart you will be offered the opportunity to enter a destination zip code to determine available shipping methods and charges. During checkout you will also be allowed to choose your desired shipping method. A small percentage of orders may have only one shipping methods available.

- Information Collection and Use
The Dance Shop of Logan is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, rent, or give this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The Dance Shop of Logan collects information from our users ar several different points on our website.
We request information from the user during our order process. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name and address) and may provide financial information (such as a credit card number). This information is used for billing purposes and order fulfillment. If we have troble processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on a user’s hard drive containing information related to your use of the web site. We currently set cookies on your browser in order to track your shopping cart and wish list. We do not store any personal information in these cookies, only a reference number to assist you in the ordering process. If you choose to place an orer with us, the cookie will be removed when your order is placed. Otherwise, it will expire 24 hours after your initial visit to our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. THe only drawback is that you may not be able to place more than one item in your shopping cart.

The Dance Shop of Logan will never knowingly collect personally identifiable information from a person under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. This web site takes every precaution to protect our user’s information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and off-line. Only the employees who need the informationto perform a specific job (for example, customer service representatives and order processing) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
- Returns & Replacements
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Returns on website items can be made only within 30 days of shipment for refund, no exceptions. Special orders not listed on the website are not returnable or refundable. Sale items are not returnable or refundable. All refunds are for merchandise only; shipping charges are non-refundable.For speedy exchanges we recommend returning the items you would like to exchange and placing a new order for the correct items. For even exchanges, please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you ship the items until you receive the new items.In the event that a customer receives the wrong or defective merchandise a replacement will be issued to the customer at no cost. The original item (s) must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days to complete the transaction. If merchandise is not recieved within 14 days, the customer’s account will be placed on hold until either merchandise or payment is received. - Must be sent postage paid
- Foot wear and body wear must have all tags attached, not been worn and must be in clean, unwashed original condition.
- ALL UNDERGARMENTS, TIGHTS, SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM LEOTARDS and MAKEUP ARE A FINAL SALE unless defective.
- Shoe boxes must not be damaged, or used as the shipping box.
- Must include a copy of your invioce. If you send the original, it will not be returned.
- C.O.D. or check customers must include a check for reshipment charges with your return.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.

- Group orders:
We have access to thousands of additional items not listed in our web site. If you are interested in dance wear not listed in our website, please call and talk to a Customer Service Agent. We will make every effort to meet all your dance wear needs. We also have all the basics for recitals and performances. Special orders are not returnable or refundable.
- Back Orders:
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will send out “in stock” products and the balance of the order will follow as soon as possible. If your order requires more than one shipment due to a backorder you will NOT be charged shipping for the additional shipments. Back orders older than 90 days will be automatically canceled, unless there are special circumstances. In this event you will be contacted about the details of the order. Please specify if you would like your order shipped complete only.
